Hi, I’m Eron.

I’m not here to swoop in and “fix” your nonprofit. I’m here to sit next to you, dig into what’s working (and what isn’t), and build strategies that lighten your load while growing your impact.

Whether you’re stretched thin by fundraising, stuck on strategy, or just plain burned out, I get it. I’ve been there. And I know how to help.

With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategy, and fundraising, I’ve been in your shoes. I know how hard it is to balance bold vision with practical realities. That’s why I started The Mission Accomplice: to be the partner I always wished I had. I work best with people who love their community, care deeply, and just need someone steady to help them figure out the next steps.

I live in Northwest Arkansas, where I’m fueled by coffee, good spreadsheets, and the power of people coming together around a mission that matters. I love working with growing organizations locally and across the U.S.
