If you choose to work with me on a monthly retainer, I become your go-to strategic partner. It’s like having a seasoned second brain (and a hype person) in your corner. We set an hourly cap per month, and I flex across whatever your priorities are: fundraising, planning, systems, team support, or just figuring out the next right step.

Not at all! While I'm proudly based in Northwest Arkansas and love supporting my local community, I work with mission-driven organizations across the USA. Most of my services can be offered virtually, and I am willing to travel for retreats, board trainings, and strategic facilitation when needed.
